What if I Need My Order in a Hurry? We can rush deliver your order in most cases. Between the hours of 8am and 10pm EST, Monday through Friday, just call us and we’ll work with you on getting your order to you in a hurry!

Our Return Policy Once you receive your favors, we’re sure you’ll never want to let them go! But if you need to return them for any reason, go ahead and send them back. We accept returns on everything but personalized and edible items. For any reason.

Our return process is easy – simply send us an email to FavorAffair@theshopsat24seven.com or call us at 1-866-586-5293 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We can accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and still in their original packaging.

Accepted Forms of Payment Use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover to purchase your favors online or by phone.

When Will I Receive My Order? We ship your orders within 2-5 business days from the day your order was placed. (Personalized or back ordered items may take longer – please see individual product descriptions.) Occasionally your order will arrive in multiple shipments. If you require a rush order, please call us, toll-free at 1-866-586-5293 to discuss rush delivery.

How Does Favor Affair Ship? We usually use UPS Ground for the majority of our US shipping. Rush deliveries can be arranged using other methods, like 2nd day air or overnight, at an additional charge.

We cannot ship outside the US or Canada.

Shipping to Canada When you are placing an order you’d like shipped to Canada, please remember to choose Canada in the pull down “Country” field. Then please choose “UPS Standard to Canada” as your shipment method. This will mean that standard UPS rates will be automatically calculated and applied. They are based on the weight of your order.

In addition to UPS Standard to Canada rates, we charge a flat $16.95 fee for orders over $40.00, to cover any taxes and duties. This fee will prevent you from incurring any additional charges once the package arrives in Canada.

No minimums? No way!?! It’s true! Favor Affair is happy to provide samples to our customers. Go ahead and order a sample pack. By seeing a sample, you’ll feel that much more confident when you place your final, larger order for your wedding!

Does Favor Affair Charge Tax? Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia (7%). All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
